This is the first entry in a series where I will be using R to replicate a graduate-level applied machine learning course that is purely in Python. The goal of the first class period was to introduce some of the data manipulation packages in Python to students.

Releasing in theaters on December 17th, 2021, Spider-Man: No Way Home has surpassed box office expectations and achieved opening weekend numbers that rival pre-pandemic figures. That being said, I still haven’t found my way to a movie theater to watch it myself.

It doesn’t take an avid music listener to notice that many popular songs have the same formula to them. Radio stations can often sound like the same song is playing on repeat, with slightly different variants of the same song gaining recognition and winning awards.
